    Sr.

    Recruiter position in Chicago, ILLee Hecht Harrison is looking for an Interim Recruitment Professional to increase the efficiency of talent acquisition for an organization that fights for the betterment of workers benefits across the country.

    00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)

    Contract / Temporary (Approximately 6 Months)

    Hours :
    Monday Friday; 8:30am 5:00pm (37.5 Hours Per Week; Full-Time)

    Worksite :
    Hybrid (3-4 Days Work From Home / 1-2 Days In-Office)

    Responsibilities:
    Recruit and onboard prospects for high-volume roles such as Paralegal, Medical Claims, Payroll, Finance, Customer Service, HR, etc.

    Directly partner with Department Managers to understand needs and utilizing Paylocity and other recruitment tools to fill open requisitionsSpearhead Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management strategy that takes into account best practices for both the organization and external candidates.


    Create reports of candidate interactions, applications, and status updates within the HRISRequirements:3-5 years of experience in a high-volume Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent-focused HR role where you had to implement strategy for the organization.

    Prior experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, pre-screening, setting up interviews, making offers, background checks, onboarding, and setting up training, etc.)Able to develop best in class processes for an organization that is going through a change in their Human Resources structure.

    Exceptional ability to evaluate talent for a wide variety of roles while using technology such as Paylocity and external job boards to identify professionals.
