- Provide L1 & L2 daily user support in a Windows Environment 100% over the phone.
- Assist customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize the formal ticketing system in order to track progress and log ticket resolution.
- Learn and then support proprietary hardware systems. You will be trained on this.
- Help set up new devices and sunset hardware that is being phased out.
- Technical High School Diploma OR an associate degree or higher in a technology-related field is highly preferred. Equivalent work experience is sufficient. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Intermediate+ level knowledge of the Microsoft Infrastructure stack.
- Reliable, dependable, punctual, and responsible, with excellent communication skills.

SHIFT: Wednesday-Saturday 9:30am-8pm (4, 10-hour shifts per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
TRAINING SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (training is fully paid and can last up to 6 months)
***MUST be able to consistently work the entire training schedule and the regular shift to be considered***
We have an immediate need for a help desk specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will consist of IT phone support in a Microsoft environment.
