About Trident E&P LLC:
Trident E&P LLC is a distinguished government contractor specializing in the lease and maintenance of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs/Copiers) for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
We are seeking an organized and proactive Contract Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support and project tracking within our Quality Assurance department.
Responsibilities:

Project and Installation Support:
- Provide administrative support for contract installations and project tracking.
- Organize raw delivery contract information and create new project alerts for the team.
- Research shipping information for customer and deployment locations, ensuring accuracy.
- Request shipping quotations from thirdparty vendors using confirmed data from customer interactions.
- Coordinate incoming delivery schedules with enduser customers and investigate additional onsite requirements for the deployment team's preparation.
- Assist the deployment department by creating deployment document packages, asset labels, and managing customer contact information.
- Review, edit, and qualitycheck deployment documents and file them appropriately.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with thirdparty contractors and oversee whiteglove installations and field asset relocations.
- Enter delivery data and report completed deliveries in realtime to the project manager.
- Raise internal red flags to management on projects delayed by unforeseen actions.
- Maintain a company asset heatmap using thirdparty software.
Data Entry and Analysis:
- Track and analyze data related to contract award results.
- Support additional administrative data entry tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
