- Conduct tours of available office spaces for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and inperson visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants, ensuring their needs are met throughout the leasing process.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Stay uptodate on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to effectively position our properties in the market.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for leasing growth and development.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Charleston real estate market and familiarity with local zoning regulations and leasing practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software preferred.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong customer service orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
