Overview:

Responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing our pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth

Responsibilities:

Secure pricing and the rate for individual loans by locking with correspondent investors.
Monitor margins to ensure we are receiving our target margins on all individual loan basis.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Provide secondary marketing support throughout the loan process.
Support staff with secondary marketing needs and reporting.
Perform all other duties and projects assigned.

Qualifications:

Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Experience using the Encompass Loan Operating System.
Experience working on a lock desk dealing with many correspondent investors.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer and data entry skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to flourish in a demanding environment.
