    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
    Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
    • Manage the strategy
    • Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices in the automotive industry
    • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels Facebook Email Campaigns Google Ads Organic Search Website(s)
    • Measure ROI and KPI's per dealership rooftop and report findings to your manager and the General Managers per store
    • Oversee and manage the dealerships social media accounts
    • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
    • Track, measure, and implement SEO optimizations
    • Track and measure Google Analytics metrics and provide reports to each General Managers
    • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends with your team
    • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
    • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
    • Creation and upkeep of online assets,develop content strategy and new content
    • Develop email templates, drip programs, and provide sales with the tools they need to move leads down the funnel
    • Reputation management
    • Coordinate In-house marketing efforts and events with General Managers
