- Steward NESN's national orders including initial entry and forthcoming revisions
- Book linear, digital, and social orders that come through the national team correctly and in a timely manner
- Communicate with national partners including clients and rep firm in an effort to facilitate successful ad campaigns
- Ensure all commercials placed on schedules run properly and negotiated ratings are achieved
- Maintain and communicate on campaign delivery (posting) on a weekly basis
- Track and communicate under-delivery of campaigns; Responsible for providing solutions in the face of ratings shortfall
- Collaborate with traffic department to review account priorities and set deadlines
- Collaborate with activation team to ensure features and elements are being built, delivered, and eventually air as agreed upon with advertiser
- Work with NESN's Account Receivable team to ensure that invoices are sent correctly and payments are received on time
- Act as the primary contact for Sales requests related to national media campaigns
- Collect element clips at conclusion of campaigns to be utilized in recap decks
- Help National Sales Manager allocate game tickets for clients
- 1+ years of experience supporting a sales department or working in linear/digital advertising
- Basic understanding of TV and digital advertising methodology a plus
- Advanced Excel experience
- Proven ability to learn and apply new software applications quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills; must be detail oriented
- Ability to successfully prioritize and work in a fast paced, growing, and changing work environment
- Must have a high level of professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and positive attitude

Job DescriptionReporting to NESN's National Sales Manager, the National Sales Coordinator is responsible for engaging with our internal teams to ensure all orders are executed accurately and on time. This person will act as a liaison between NESN's Sales team and national customers, to provide customer service, trouble shoot, and drive resolutions during the life cycle of sales campaigns. If you are a motivated, organized, and responsible self-starter looking to learn the ad sales business at the preeminent regional sports network in the country, this is a great opportunity for you.
