    • Lead the category management for large global categories: market intelligence, developing category strategy, and development of "go to market" strategies.
    • Establish strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and assume full responsibility for meeting business needs by: interpreting spends, category planning, market knowledge, and development of souring strategies.
    • Support the development of sourcing and category work plans.
    • Negotiate the best overall commercial arrangements with suppliers.
    • Has responsibility for the development and evaluation of market strategies for global categories.
    • Achieve creative commercial outcomes through negotiation and planning.
    • Reports process against global sourcing goals to initiate change, coordinate supplier development strategies, always prove potential for improvement, and coordinate supplier development strategies.
