    Description

    Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager

    • Company: The Atlantic Group is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organization in the Bronx, NY
    • Position: Procurement Manager
    • Department: Finance
    • Reporting to: Procurement and Accounts Payable Director
    • Work Environment: Hybrid, In-Person Office Setting
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Weekly Hours: 40

    Purpose of the Job: To contribute value to the company through ethical purchasing practices and departmental administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising Procurement staff, providing training, assigning work, and evaluating performance
    • Managing contracts and bids in the best interest of the organization
    • Executing purchasing and capital processes efficiently
    • Oversight of vendor relationships and services
    • Ensuring accurate use of department and System programs
    • Conducting business professionally and focusing on cost-saving opportunities
    • Providing administrative support to the Director of Procurement

    Requirements:
    Education: AS, BS preferred or equivalent
    Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement or related field, with 2 years of managerial experience in healthcare
