    Description

    About the job Senior Financial Analyst

    A Senior Financial Analysts/ Managers work is primarily task driven and may include the following:

    • Analyze corporate financial statements and tax returns;
    • Research and analyze executive compensation;
    • Conduct industry and company research;
    • Monitor the discovery process and information received on various cases;
    • Analyze/review income per federal individual tax returns;
    • Examine bank account activity, income, and expenditures;
    • Analyze public companies including review of 10Ks, proxy statements, and other filings;
    • Attend meetings and interviews with the Managing Directors, attorneys, and clients.
    • Ensure effective communication with the Managing Director regarding inquiries, progress, and any challenges encountered in completing assignments.
    • Complete assignments with thoroughness and within set deadlines.
    • Expected to possess or be in the process of developing strong analytical/research and case management skills.
    • Encouraged to engage in professional training relevant to the field and to assist in the training of staff members.
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Increase accountability in case management by ensuring effective task delegation and follow-up, emphasizing the importance of completing assignments with precision and within deadlines, and enhancing overall case oversight to improve outcomes and efficiency
    Must have
    • 4+ years of experience in forensic accounting/ valuations space.
