Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling Support: Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decisionmaking and forecasting.
Carta Management: Ensure accurate and uptodate records on Carta for investors, and captable management.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in Financial Analyst tasks, including documentation, communication, and reporting.
Investor Relations Assistance: Aid in managing relationships with investors, including responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on company performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
13 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or related financial role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with investors and internal stakeholders.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ambitious attitude with a desire to transition into corporate finance and advance within the company.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
