Responsibilities:


  • Financial Modeling Support: Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decisionmaking and forecasting.
  • Carta Management: Ensure accurate and uptodate records on Carta for investors, and captable management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in Financial Analyst tasks, including documentation, communication, and reporting.
  • Investor Relations Assistance: Aid in managing relationships with investors, including responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on company performance

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or related financial role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ambitious attitude with a desire to transition into corporate finance and advance within the company.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000
