We are currently hiring aFinancial Accounting Analyst
Will report toUS Finance Supervisor /AMER Finance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
CASH FLOW ANALYSIS / TREASURY
- Cut checks as required by business. Ensure process is always stable (ie paper check)
- Lead the ICBs recovery initiatives (ie Expense allocation, billing, to other branches)
- Lead the ICB offset process with HK Holdings
- Lead the IC charges to other branches as part of the AMER HO intra regional fees.
- Generate / analyze Cash Flow reports and raise flags accordingly
FISCAL EXPENSE / TAX
- Assist the Supervisor & Manager in Federal and State Taxes filings & payments.
- Assist the HR Staff in filing & payment on Payroll Tax / Wage Garnishments / Benefits' contributions.
- Prepare & file States' Sales & Use returns
- Prepare & file Property taxes
C&B ANALYSIS / PAYROLL-BENEFITS
- Bridge between Finance Supervisor & HR staff for monthly Comp & Ben accounting
- Coordinate Horizon BS to get Benefits' breakdown by employee by benefit type
- Assist in reconciling contributions & payments to Benefits' carriers and/or broker
ACCOUNTING FINANCIAL ANALYSIS - OPERATIONS
- Lead the WIP & Accruals reconciliation & clearing, along with KL
- Own the Account Reconciliation for Unapplied Cash / Disbursements and do what's required for clearing balances ie issue Debit or Credit Notes, book to Extraordinary I/E,
- Assist in Reconciling revenue, interest expense, property taxes from Property business.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BS in Finance, Business, Accounting
- Tax (Federal, State level) demonstrated 34 years experience
- US GAAP 34 years experience focusing in Service / Logistics companies

Pay:
$48, $50,000.00 per year
