SECRETARY - 12 MONTH

Centralized Student Registration Department

The Secretary shall provide organizational, clerical and secretarial assistance to his/her designated supervisor(s).

Under limited supervision as appropriate, the Secretary shall apply and share required levels of knowledge and skill, exercise independent judgment, and initiate independent action in his/her fulfillment of his/her assigned duties and contribute to the overall effective and efficient operation of his/her building or department and the district.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Spanish-speaking preferred.

Prior secretarial experience required with the ability to type 65 wpm and accurate data entry.

Experience using Google Workspace

(G-Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Forms and Google Docs)

Public School experience preferred.

Genesis SIS experience preferred.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Will be required to pass a software and clerical assessment test.
