a semiconductor manufacturing company has entry-level openings in their semiconductor manufacturing department, no experience is required in the following positions:


Drilling Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Set up a job on the Xray unit (based on size & num. of layers), to check the amount of scale data & shifting.
  • Set up a job on a drill machine (load file, check program, prepare drills, etc.)
  • Drill the work order panels.
  • Inspect drilled panels for hole quality and registration.

Required: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred: At least one year experience doing the same or similar type work.

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and understand written operating procedures.
  • Detailoriented (give close attention to matters).
  • Work under pressure to meet quick turn delivery schedules.
  • This position requires the ability to stand and walk for more than 90% of the workday. Must also be able to converse with others, and reach with hands and arms.
