    **OVERVIEW**

    Performs general administrative tasks supporting vendor and product selection, pricing and promotion and Oracle product set-up. This position requires close communication and engagement with vendors, photography, E-commerce and TV merchant teams. Strong project-management emphasis.

    **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

    Execute item set up, data entry and management of product detail for organizational use

    Product sample ownership, order, timely delivery, and expertise of product attributes

    Serve as a resource for the coordination, execution and communication of overall product information and detail for: Customer Service, Media Production and Programming, Marketing and Legal

    Communication and execution of product level information with vendors

    General administrative tasks for category and team

    Support inventory purchase order process through data entry, maintenance, and tracking

    Communication and partnership with internal teams

    Other duties as assigned

    **QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

    Bachelors Degree in Merchandising or equivalent experience required

    1+ years of experience in retail required

    Previous experience in a merchandising department preferred

    Ability to work as part of a team

    Positive attitude and ability to demonstrate flexibility

    Organized and detail oriented

    Strong written and oral communication skills

    Strong retail background and recognition of product features and benefits
