- Investigates new technologies and improved equipment for implementation.
- Implements Engineering Change Requests within the coating dept.
- Researches, recommends, prepares and leads FA's for Capital Expense Projects.
- Performs time studies on equipment and validates or corrects to achieve optimal machine performances.
- Drives continuous improvement in all areas of process/equipment ownership.
- Develops Preventive Maintenance requirements and spare parts list for equipment and works closely with divisional maintenance leaders to prevent breakdowns.
- Lead the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of new coating/plating equipment.
- Min 1~3 years experience as the engineering process owner of Electro-coat or similar surface treatment manufacturing processes.
- Min 1~3 years experience developing PFMEAs/Control Plans /and process control parameters.
- Min 1~3 years experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using TPS or similar CI models.
- Min 1~3 years experience troubleshooting electromechanical surface treatment manufacturing equipment
- Bachelors in an engineering related field or Bachelors degree with 1~3 years experience of requirements listed above

Trains lab technicians on improving process control through cause-and-effect examples of real world coating process challenges.
