- Coordinates the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes for the site.
- Responsible for administering corporate and local human resource policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment law and the resources necessary to keep current with the changes in legislation.
- Design, coordinate and track training and development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee and drive employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and to promote a high level of employee Engagement.
- Act as Liaison between employees and benefit program administrators by assisting with questions and giving guidance on medical, dental, optional insurances, 401k and leaves of absence claims
- Represent Vibrantz at various networking and community events
- Develop, recommend, and support employee communications practices and systems to keep employees informed regarding important company information.
- Assists the Sr. HR Manager with conducting employee relations investigations, performance reviews, organizational management, training, consulting with management and coordinating resolution of approved actions.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence and communications between the Sr. HR Manager, Site Manager, and staff.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established KPI goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Meticulously maintain personnel records.
- Processes payroll, benefits, absences and personnel changes.
- Coordinate employee recognition events.
- Other assigned duties or projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field,
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources related experience
- Proficient knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel and Word.
- Must have a working knowledge of Workers Compensation, FMLA and general State Employment laws.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop positive working relationship at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to apply conflict resolution methods, use consensus building skills to improve overall communication, and practice and promote integrity and ethical behavior to promote a positive working environment.

- Ability to multi-task, make priority decisions and solve problems in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in Manufacturing environment
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)

Job Function
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role will be responsible for the daily Human Resource activities at our New Johnsonville, TN site that supports the achievement of business targets by promoting, implementing, managing and maintaining effective HR policies, programs, procedures, and practices including but not restricted to developing a positive employee engagement climate.
