    Job Description

    Tru Medical Management in New York City is an award-winning adult primary care practice. Board-certified physicians provide comprehensive care delivered with respect and compassion. Patient health and satisfaction are the priority. The practice aims to reinvent primary care by providing a superior patient-centered experience delivered with honesty, empathy, and professionalism.


    What you will accomplish in this role:

    • Coordinating team meetings and sending recaps.
    • Supporting and directing the practice team.
    • Implementing workplace procedures.
    • Ensuring smooth daily operations.
    • Troubleshooting problems.
    • Managing patient dashboards.
    • Conducting team member evaluations.
    • Working on improvement initiatives.
    • Assisting with inventory management.
    • Promoting harmonious team culture.
    • Marketing activities.

    Who you are and your experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
    • 5 years of practice management experience.
    • Managing more than 20 employees.
    • EMR knowledge, Eclinicalworks preferred.
    • Administrative and procedural skills.
    • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance protocols.
    • Customer service and leadership skills.
    • Understanding of medical front office operations.
    • Knowledge of fiscal management.
