Union Square Practice is a large and growing mental health practice based in New York City with nearly 50 clinicians including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and psychotherapists.

Overview:
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the Founders and Practice Manager.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
Practice Operations Management:
- Work with the Practice Manager to coordinate the daily workings of the practice.
- Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators to streamline the intake processes, including screening.
- Work closely with the director of outreach to help develop relationships with concierge practices in New York, CA, and FL.
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment processes for new staff and clinicians, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives to ensure ongoing excellence in client care.
Client Relations:
- Serve as one of the points of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health practice setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or executive support role.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance, preferred.
Pay:
$90, $95,000.00 per year
