    Gustave A. Larson

    is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities and managing customer relationships within a designated geographic territory. This role requires knowledge of HVAC/R systems, industry trends, and market dynamics.

    Primary Responsibilities

    This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded as management may deem necessary from time to time.


    Account Engagement:
    Regularly engage with assigned customer accounts to understand their needs to be able to maintain and grow their accounts.

    Sales and Revenue Generation :
    Execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets within the assigned market.


    Dealer Acquisition:


    Prospect and engage with potential customers within the territory to expand and grow market share and secure new business opportunities.


    Customer Development:
    Identify key business development opportunities within a customer's business to help them achieve their revenue and profitability goals.


    Customer Relationship:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through visits, meetings, and presentations to promote products and address concerns.

    Team Collaboration :
    Partners with the Account Manager and Store(s) to ensure a seamless transition of service for customers.

    As part of our total compensation package, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, paid monthly, a Company paid cell phone, auto-allowance, business and travel expense reimbursement.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    Previous HVAC experience highly preferred but not required.
    Proven track record of success in business development and/or HVAC/R sales
    Microsoft Office skills required.
    Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned territory.
