    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Retirement Plan Administrator at Employee Incentive Plans, Inc located in Austin, TX.

    The Retirement Plan Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to retirement planning, defined contribution and defined benefit administration, customer service, and finance.

    Qualifications
    Retirement Planning and Finance skills
    Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit administration skills
    Customer Service skills
    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
