Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our new U.S.
As the Office Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing administrative functions and providing operational support to the U.S.
office of our sensor manufacturing company.Your responsibilities will include overseeing office procedures, coordinating administrative tasks, and fostering a productive and efficient work environment for our team.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of equipment to ensure a wellfunctioning workplace.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage office operations budgets, expenses, and costcontrol measures, preparing regular reports and forecasts related to administrative expenditures.
- Manage bookkeeping for the U.S. office in coordination with headquarters administrative staff.
- Oversee the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff, ensuring logístical support and coordination as necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding officerelated inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Support HRrelated functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and liaising with the HR department on administrative matters.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including finance, HR, and IT, to facilitate seamless communication and integration of administrative processes.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing emergency procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proven experience of at least 57 years in office administration or managerial roles, preferably in a technologyrelated industry or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fastpaced office setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels within the organization.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities, coupled with a proactive and handson approach to managing administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to office operations is preferred.
Pay:
$56, $64,563.00 per year
