- Help achieve Chagrin Answering LLC growth and customer service objectives by creatively contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive customer service culture for a team of mostly remote Medical Call Center Agents.
- Create and maintain recruitment advertising, assist with employee selection process, onboarding, coaching, and incentive program to achieve Agent goals in performance and maintaining a positive customer and patient experience.
- Maintain a program of attendance records, disciplinary actions, objective plans, and agent deselection process.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to create and maintain a performance appraisal system for all employees.
- Work with Agents and the Management Team to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
- Run database reports to calculate Agent worktime for payroll hours.
- Positive attitude and working relationship with the Agent & Management Team - set an example through performance and behavior.
- Advanced Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Utilize call center data to generate weekly Agent schedule.
