Description
Employee will possess a high school diploma. Associate or bachelor degree preferred.- Bilingual preferred.
- Extensive travel is required in the area; must be able to travel outside the project area as assigned.
- May come into contact with childhood diseases and blood on occasion.
- Possess a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record, as approved by the agency's vehicle insurance carrier.
- Employee must have an account with a financial institution that can process financial transactions through MET's electronic payroll system.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and essential computer functions.
- Maintain a monitoring system and procedures, determining the eligibility of children of the assigned areas.
- Maintain a system to assure that the funded enrollment levels are continuously monitored and maintained in the assigned sites of the program.
- Ensure that recruitment involves those families that are most in need of home visiting services, including underserved populations in the service area.
- Ensure that the selection of children and families is based on current enrollment criteria.
- Maintain a waiting list for the assigned service areas to facilitate the filling of vacancies as they occur.
- Assist with the establishment and updating of MOUs with community organizations along with the Resource Network Directory.
- Analyze and report on enrollment data that can / will be utilized for future recruitment planning within the service area.
- Implement a monitoring methodology that will ensure that the assigned service areas will meet their eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance goals.
- Assist with monitoring of service documentation, data collection, and reporting. Assist in gathering data to complete the Affiliate Performance Report to the PAT National Center.
- Monitor transition planning as needed.
- Prepare reports to agencies requesting information.
- Report to work at the scheduled time and maintain good attendance. Perform all duties in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform all other duties as outlined by the supervisor
