    Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000-$110,000

    Job summary

    You are the expert of training in commissioning, troubleshooting, parts swapping and repairing. You are responsible for creating training materials in these areas, and you are the go-to person for any training related questions. At Star Charge, a can-do attitude is a must because our company is growing, and wearing multiple hats is expected in this role.

    Your main responsibilities

    • Create various courses and training programs.
    • Write detailed SOPs, WI and SOWs
    • Review service manual, product manual and other product related technical documents, keep all documentation up to date.
    • Lead in-person technical trainings.
    • Other service-related activities, customer support, key account management, on-site visits, ticket processing.

    Required education and experience.

    • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
    • Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

    Preferred education and experience

    • A.S. or B.S. in Engineering.
    • 3 years of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS field

    Required skills and knowledge.

    • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and certification program development for owners and operators.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Physical requirements

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
