    • Male Grooming (Stamford, CT)Come represent the voice of the consumer on the Philips Male Grooming Team, leading our fastest growing business segment to drive category growth and maintain our #1 leadership position.
    This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the Male Grooming Category in the U.S. market.

    Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, Pricing, and Promotion) to deliver measurable business impact and profitable growth.


    Your role:


    Build Marketing Plans (24 months rolling) linked to business objectives tied to the Strategic Plan of RecordAnalyze consumer research, customer research, channel trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage.

    Effectively analyze Circana iRi data to identify business issues and trendsCreates Marketing Jobs To Be Done and briefs for demand generation programs, ensuring that business performance is being delivered according to KPIsMonitor industry best practices and apply them to improve business outcomesAssist Marketing Lead and global Category stakeholders in localizing existing global product platforms, keeping in mind category dynamics and retailer strategiesWork cross-functionally to ensure full on-time and in-full delivery of innovationsYou're the right fit if: Youve acquired 3+ years of marketing experience.

    Brand Management and/ or CPG experience highly preferred.
    Your skills include technical marketing and business analytics.
    You have a Bachelors degree, MBA degree preferred.

    You must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Marketing position.


    Youre a Self Starter, :
    resourceful, and always willing to take on more. Also must be able to work semi-autonomously.
