Contemporary Tiny Homes is an exciting new business in Connecticut. We'll design, market, sell and build Tiny Homes, also known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance lead generation, lead nurturing, and revenue growth.
  • Manage all phases of marketing campaigns from conception and design through execution and analysis.
  • Optimize website content for search engines and lead conversion, enhancing user experience and engagement.
  • Design and implement effective landing pages and sales funnels to drive customer acquisition.
  • Oversee CRM automations and sales pipelines to ensure seamless lead management and nurturing processes.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various web pages and campaigns to refine strategies based on datadriven insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
  • Conduct indepth research on industryrelated topics to develop fresh content ideas.
  • Establish referral and affiliate programs to drive growth through partnerships.
  • Drive our PR efforts by drafting press releases, managing award submissions and creating thoughtprovoking content that positions us as industry leaders.
  • Identify trade shows, fairs and other opportunities to sponsor and participate, so we can engage directly with potential customers for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Respond to customers' inquiries via all possible communication modes, including chats, texts, phone calls, and social media posts and direct messages.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth initiatives, SEO, content creation, and website management.
  • Strong expertise in designing landing pages, sales funnels, sales pipelines and CRM automations.
  • Proficiency in at least one major marketingrelated CRM tool such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM. We use GoHighLevel. Willingness and ability to become proficient in GoHighLevel is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor, adjust and report on campaign performance as well as KPIs for our call center, sales and construction management teams.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various digital tools for analytics, automation and design such as Google Analytics, Zapier, WordPress, Adobe and Canva.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on diverse topics and stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing is a big plus.
