Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both
Supply Chain and Finance
technology and operations, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company with a complex technology landscape.
Work You'll Do:
Analyze and understand business needs to document requirements effectively.
Leverage your knowledge of ERP systems, Finance Operations and Supply Chain Operations to gather business operations needs for technology systems.
Conduct data mapping for interfaces to ensure seamless integration of systems.Provide tactical support for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within budget and time constraints.
Proven ability to take business requirements and use for mapping to testing needs for projects.
Ability to lead multiple functional and manufacturing operations groups in gathering requirements and managing change effectively.
Maintain an understanding of SOX requirements to ensure compliance.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Proven experience in Supply Chain and Finance technology.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience working in a complex technology landscape.
Experience in data mapping for interfaces.
Understanding of SOX requirements.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Products and Azure Dev Ops.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
