Job Overview

At NET Power, our business analysts are the glue between the Information Technology technical team and every department within our company.

With your commitment to innovation and evolution, you will collaborate with the business to understand their challenges and design strategic solutions that maximize our team's operating efficiency.

Our business analysts can effectively cater the message to their audience to build practical deployment timelines and understandable change management procedures.

They possess strong interpersonal skills, exquisite project management skills, and the desire to change the world positively.


Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand business challenges
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create and implement project plans for projects and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
• Provide support and training to endusers
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to project management
• Ability to full document solutions

Education and Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience working in the energy industry, required
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including Power BI
• Experience in at least two of the following three: Salesforce, Oracle, or Data Lakes, required
• Experience working in an Offshore development model, required
