About Us:

The Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between our IT team and legal professionals, translating and documenting business and technical concepts

Key responsibilities include:

SOP Documentation: Create and organize the firm's SOPs, processes, and workflows.

Legacy System Analysis: Work with developers to decode and document business logic of our legacy software.

Project Coordination: Assist in project management, organize, and track tasks.

SharePoint and Asana Management: Manage content within Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Asana.

Data Coordination: Extract, transform, and load data; monitor data quality; develop SQL queries.

Solution Testing and Documentation: Test new solutions with QA team, document issues, and recommend enhancements.

Dashboard Collaboration: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions and dashboards.

Innovation and Learning: Develop AI agents and workflows within ChatGPT; research and review third-party software solutions.

Your Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Professional Experience: Proven track record in business analysis or similar roles.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willing to learn SharePoint and Asana; basic understanding of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and database management.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; quick learner and adaptable to technological advancements; creative problem solver.
