    Job Description:

    SCOPE:
    Compiling and organizing patient and grant program data. Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal patient navigation and decision making. Using data to achieve administrative needs and program goals. Understanding data storage and data sharing methods. Investigating data to find patterns and trends. Utilizing different data sources for analyses. Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand. Applying system-thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills when considering challenges and program enhancements. Developing reports and presentations. Communicating analytic insights to management


    FUNCTIONS:

    • Compiling and organizing patient and grant program data
    • Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal patient navigation and decision making
    • Applying system-thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills when considering challenges and program enhancements
    • Communicating analytic insights to management
    • May perform other duties as directed by supervisor(s)

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
    Master's degree advantageous.
    4+ years experience in an analytic role

    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
    Proficiency with Excel for data entry
    Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL
    Proficiency with Python for data manipulation
    Experience with data visualization tools
    Knowledge of data management applications
    Proficiency in managing electronic medical records
