Job Summary: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. We are seeking a compassionate Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, as well as DPC and concierge care, prospective care, hyperbaric medicine, and other methods focused on regenerative/ longevity medicine and research. HH&WC offers top-tier technology resources to help achieve these goals and is open to additional resource recommendations pertaining to your specialist field.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A medical degree (MD or DO);

Completion of residency in Rheumatology;

Possess a medical license practice Rheumatology in the state of Wyoming; or the ability to obtain;

Board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Pediatrics; or board eligible;

Effective verbal and written communication abilities;

Compassionate and empathetic.

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary: HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.

Sign-On Bonus: $130K Sign On paid in installments

Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus/ Willing to buy a house for the right Applicant

Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental. Premiums paid by the company, $250 ind or $500 family deductible, and low out of pocket

Additional Insurance: Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more through multiple supplemental companies.

Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).

PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick

Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days

Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).

Loan Repayment: up to $100,000, option to add onto sign on bonus

Residency Stipend: $1,500 a month

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Location Information:

Hoskinson's Health & Wellness clinic is located in Campbell County, between the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota. You will find a thriving community of around 50,000 people from all over the country. This location is a haven for hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, camping and boating activities. You are within driving distance of Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks and all the activities they have to offer. In addition, you are close to Mount Rushmore and Devils Tower.

Campbell County's Recreation Center, the largest such center in Wyoming, is a wonder on its own. Add the Library, the CAM-PLEX sporting complex, the Museum, Children's Developmental Services, regional airport, restaurants, splash park, and AVA Art Center you have something for everyone. Campbell County has great schools for all ages, including Gillette Community College, and we have a very low crime rate and an unemployment rate that is less than the state and national averages.
