- A medical degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of residency in Rheumatology
- Possess a medical license to practice Rheumatology in the state of Wyoming; or the ability to obtain.
- Board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Pediatrics, or board eligible.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic.
- Salary: highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $130,000 at the commencement date of contract.
- Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus/ Willing to buy a house for the right Applicant
- Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance
- Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
- PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick
- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
- Loan Repayment: up to $100,000, option to add onto sign on bonus.
- Residency Stipend: $1,500 a month
