- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Accreditation with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), or the ability to obtain.
- Completion of a residency program in Neurology at point of hire.
- Ability to obtain a valid medical license to practice Neurology in Wyoming, or ability to obtain.
- Active DEA license, or ability to obtain.
