- Valid Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of residency in dermatology at point of hire.
- Possess an active medical license to practice dermatology in Wyoming, or the ability to obtain.
- Active DEA certificate, or ability to obtain.
- Board certified, or eligible.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic with patients and other team-members.
- Salary: highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 at the commencement date of contract.
- Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus
- Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance
- Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
- PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick
- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).

Physicians are encouraged to spend more time with patients through lower daily patient volume and are seeking Physicians that enjoy being innovative and thinking outside the box.
