- Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process
- Communicate with treating doctors and medical providers
- Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist attorneys in pre-litigation activities
- Identify, research, and analyze relevant laws and legal issues
- Track case progress and deadlines and update attorneys accordingly
- Utilize case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information
- Three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to case management
- Ability to handle large and complex caseloads
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required

With a strong commitment to justice and exceptional client service, we have consistently achieved successful outcomes for our clients. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation/Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This Paralegal position will focus on assisting attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Ideal candidate will have personal injury knowledge and also be Bi-Lingual/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Skills required:
Must be diligent and positive worker, able to work in a team atmosphere, positive, self-starter and eager to learn and advance. Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities. Insurance Benefits after 90-day probationary period. MUST have law firm experience. Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.
Bilingual: preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50, $70,000.00 per year
