- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are uptodate and easily accessible.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and exchange caserelated updates.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide attorneys with relevant precedents and statutes.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witnesses, and trial binders.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and attorneyclient privilege
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
