    Responsibilities:



    • Work closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
    • Conduct legal research and document preparation.
    • Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
    • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance representatives.
    • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
    • Provide administrative support as needed

    Requirements:



    • Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
    • Proficiency in legal research, case management, and document drafting.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Familiarity with legal software and case management systems

    Qualifications:



    • Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred but not required
    • Knowledge of Florida personal injury laws and procedures.
    • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
