    We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury + Medical Malpractice law firm in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have experience in document review, litigation support, and possess strong administrative skills.

    Responsibilities:
    - Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation including investigation, case development, and trial preparation
    - Organize and maintain case files, including electronic filing systems
    - Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
    - Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes
    - Schedule depositions and hearings

    Experience:
    - Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm
    - Proficiency in project management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    - Previous experience in file management, legal research, and administrative tasks is preferred

    Pay: $80, $95,000.00 per year
