    Job Responsibilities: As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal at The Ledger Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and assisting our clients throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support cases
    • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
    • Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met
    • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
    • Assisting with trial preparation and attending court proceedings as needed
    • Providing general administrative support to the legal team

    Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
    • 2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
    • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and legal research methods
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
