    GROWING HIGHLY REGARDED LAW FIRM IN DOWNTOWN DALLAS is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Injury Paralegal Case Manager to lead their General Negligence Department

    Must have experience with pleadings, discovery, and calendar scheduling is required. This job requires you to work in person. The staff functions as a team and the work environment is energetic. Tremendous growth opportunity

    Responsibilities:


    • Client development – including intake calls for new clients and following up with existing clients
    • Meticulous follow-up for potential and existing clients
    • Manage a caseload with timely follow-up for records, discovery, and case documents
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Technologically Savvy – consultations, electronic filing, and Docu-Sign, you must be comfortable using technology
    • Must be comfortable being part of a high-performing team

    Qualifications:


    • Experience in handling personal injury matters from intake to trial preparation.
    • Electronic filing skills
    • Communication & Organization skills
    • Previous Management Experience is A Big Plus
    • Negotiation Skills a Big Plus
    • Ability to take the firm to the NEXT LEVEL
