- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for personal injury cases.
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide case updates.
- Draft correspondence and other legal documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal research techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
