- Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, including witness statements, medical records, and accident reports.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and answer any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of Texas personal injury laws and regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
