    If you thrive on collaboration, we want to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney with a strategic mindset and a minimum of 10 years of family law experience in Texas.

    Compensation:

    $120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus potential bonuses

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient client case management
    • Create strategies to achieve client objectives based on their values
    • Oversee daily workflow to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed promptly
    • Represent clients in legal proceedings in alignment with the firm's values
    • Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills
    • Review client invoices and maintain accurate records
    • Participate in networking activities to promote the firm's non-adversarial approach
    • Engage in continuous professional development
    • Adhere to legal standards and firm policies
