    We are seeking an associate attorney interested in gaining valuable real-life experience in a fast-growing family law firm. Our firm's motto is 'Hope. Heal. Thrive.' and we are dedicated to utilizing the law to assist individuals in rediscovering hope, recovering from the challenges of the legal system, and progressing towards a flourishing life.

    • The ideal candidate will have:
    • 1+ years of experience as a family law attorney
    • Strong reading, writing, editing, and organisational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Independence and goal-driven mindset
    • Active membership in the State Bar of Texas with good standing
    • Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards clients and colleagues
    • Advocacy for clients with a focus on efficient settlements
    • Commitment to high-quality professional standards and adherence to the Texas Lawyer's Creed
    • Eagerness to learn and enhance advocacy skills
    • Integrity in all operations

    Additional skills that are a plus:

    Proficiency in more than one language

    Experience and comfort in a legal area outside of family law

    Responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:

    • Consultations with potential new clients
    • Development of strategies
    • Drafting, finalizing, and customizing legal documents
    • Professional communication with opposing counsel, court personnel, and others
    • Attendance at pre-trial hearings as directed by managing attorney
    • Generating leads through networking activities
