    Job DescriptionInfraHire is looking for an Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Irving, TXseeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. The docket is a mixture of business litigation and mass torts.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
    • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
    • E filing with courts
    • Prepare depositions and summaries
    • Prepare discovery requests and responses
    • Trial prep
    • Track and monitor client files, calendars, and provide status updates
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a paralegal or mass torts experience
    • Familiarity with legal research
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe
