    This position can be performed in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale, depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

    The Manager of Data Architecture & Triage is a player-coach that builds and maintains our data foundations platform to support mission-critical downstream applications and processes (e.g., Anaplan data ecosystem, planning/forecasting processes and overall reporting ecosystem).

    Candidates should possess expert-level knowledge of business data modeling, logical data modeling, and schema design as well as deep knowledge of data quality evaluation, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection.

    Candidates should also have experience working with data for planning tools, such as Anaplan, and source systems such as CRMs within the context of Sales and/or Sales Operations.

    Using strong communication skills, the Manager will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform professionally in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment.

    The Manager will work with upstream partners and manage junior resources on the team to help deliver against critical analytical deliverables.


    Responsibilities:
    Accountable for monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing a suite of data pipelines - primarily in
    SQL with some Python
    Accountable for leading a team that triages all data issues highlighted by end users and ensuring SLO targets are met - primarily leveraging
    SQL for analysis with some Python
    Share expertise and technical vision for Sales Data Architectural patterns and data domains with technical and non-technical audiences
    Drive data architecture projects from inception through delivery in concert with the Data Architecture team
    Implement Data Quality tenets (e.g., referential integrity, cardinality, and constraints) into data flows and offline processes
    Collaborate with stakeholders to implement feature roadmap for feature releases
    Contribute to the Analytics team's data strategy (e.g., incorporation of 3P data)
    Serve as data stewards across the organization with expertise on existing sales and sales operations metrics and associated data elements
    Develop and maintain data documentation across the organization including data dictionaries and lineage
    Participate in strategic projects (e.g., data migrations and new dataset builds) by establishing requirements and supporting testing

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    People management or technical lead experience
    Bachelor's degree in related field or related practical experience
    7+ years of experience in data-driven roles
    5+ years of experience in developing data pipelines and solutions in
    SQL or Python
    Familiarity with issue-tracking products (e.g., JIRA) for workflow management

    Preferred Qualifications

    Strong problem-solving and project management skills
    Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to senior stakeholders
    Proven experience managing a large group of stakeholders and independently driving global projects
    Experience with Sales Operations processes and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC and Dynamics)
    Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Python
    Comfortable consuming data from a heterogeneous set of sources (e.g., files, APIs, and tables)
    Experience with all facets of the SDLC (from requirements through sunset)

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The pay range for this role is $119,000 to $193,000.

    Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.

    This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
