    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a Bookkeeper who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records.

    This individual will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accurate and timely financial reports to the management team.

    This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers competitive salary and benefits package. Great organizational skills and work ethic are the most important qualities we are looking for in this position. Only apply if you know that you have these qualities


    Compensation & Benefits:
    The Bookkeeper will receive a salary of $16 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for benefits including, paid time off.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
    • Process and record invoices, expense reports, and payments
    • Prepare and process payroll, including tax withholding and deductions
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and local, state, and federal laws
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to address accounting and finance related queries
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Identify and implement process improvement measures to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
    • Other duties as assigned by the management team

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Experience with printing and marketing industry is a plus
