Administrative Assistant
CHS Landscaping, Inc., a Frederick based business, is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a wide variety of administrative and bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities to include:
entering employee time from work tickets
balance checking and credit card accounts
enter A/P and A/R transactions
run reports
general office duties
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a MUST.
Must be willing to learn and expand on their skills in any way needed.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to their importance and when additional resources are available.
- Strong attention to detail is a must
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
