About the Role:
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de l'activité de marketing client en France et au Benelux. Vous serez responsable de la définition des plans, de l'exécution du suivi de l'activation des clients des campagnes centrales de l'UE et des lancements de produits.
About the Team/Department:
Notre équipe marketing est en pleine expansion et couvre actuellement toute la région Européenne. Basez en France dans nos locaux de Rungis, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales de France et du Benelux, ainsi qu'avec les équipes de vente, afin d'impliquer les acheteurs des distributeurs et les spécialistes du marketing à l'Europe,
Responsibilities:
Soutenir la distribution par la gestion et l'exécution de programmes de formation et de plans d'animation (campagnes marketing, promotions etc.).
Participer à des appels commerciaux conjointement avec les équipes de vente.
Répondre aux demandes des clients en matière de vente et de marketing sur plusieurs canaux.
Définir, planifier et exécuter des événements clients pour soutenir les initiatives de campagne et les plans d'affaires/de marketing conjoints.
Maintenir le matériel et les outils d'aide à la vente au niveau local (y compris Showpad).
Assurer la formation des équipes commerciales locales (produits et segments) en collaboration avec les chefs de marché.
Experience you'll bring:
Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Expérience de la gestion d'équipes interfonctionnelles et du partenariat avec des ressources internes/externes.
Expérience en Marketing avérée de la motivation et du développement d'équipes tactiques de marketing client.
Expérience préalable dans les canaux de distribution commerciale B2B.
